seller shipped fast, hair came in 4 days. great communication & it came with wig cap & a pair of eye lashes. wig had small knots & was pre plucked! didn't have to do much to it. definitely recommend!this hair is so great! true to length, doesn't shed, no bad smell. they're very helpful & communicate well. i will order again
